  • Was recently hired
  • Files claim after termination
  • Cannot remember details of previous treatment
  • Denies any prior medical treatment

A Quick Reference Guide

  • Does the claimant seem to be savvy to the workers’ compensation system?
A canvass of local hospitals and MRI facilities may find treatment for a previous claim
  • Is the alleged injury to the back?
Perhaps your canvass order should include hospitals, urgent care clinics and chiropractors…
  • Are you interested in locating the claimant’s primary care physician?
We can canvass area doctor’s offices in an effort to locate their treatment history.
  • Does the claimant display drug seeking behavior?
A pharmacy canvass may prove to be beneficial.
  • Does a claimant appear to be physically fit?
A canvass may help you locate a current gym membership.
  • Have you received a tip that the claimant has a similar/previous injury in his past, perhaps in another geographic area?
We can locate previous addresses and canvass around those areas as well.
  • Does the claimant not remember the name of the doctor or facility where previous treatment was received?
We can help you locate that care provider.
